What You Need to Get Started: NDIS Worker Screening Current Driver's Licence Current First Aid Certificate/CPR Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or other relevant qualification (we also welcome applicants without qualifications) Key Capabilities for Success: Experience in working with people who have experience with behaviours of concern. Ability to implement individualised developmental programs. Experience implementing positive behaviour support strategies. Flexible working hours Experience in various models of support preferred.
