About your new employer: Working within a small, trusted legal team, you will advise on complex and sensitive matters, engage with senior stakeholders, and operate within a highly governed environment. About the role: Provide timely, practical advice on complex administrative and public law matters , including student misconduct, discrimination, privacy, GIPA and review processes. Attend and represent clients in internal disciplinary proceedings and before external tribunals and bodies . Identify and manage legal risk in line with institutional objectives. Draft clear, concise legal advice, submissions, policies and related documentation. The ideal candidate: Have 5 years PQE in administrative or public law including misconduct, privacy and information access Exceptional judgement and discretion, with the ability to manage sensitive matters appropriately. Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. Comfortable working in time-critical environments and managing competing priorities.
