As a Kitchen Hand in our Stewarding team, you will work as part of a team to keep the hotel kitchens and washing up areas clean and tidy. What you'll be doing: Work with a team to clean kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes from our conferencing, events, restaurant and kitchen operations Operate industrial kitchen cleaning equipment Clean, sanitise and tidy work areas regularly Distribute equipment throughout the hotel using trolleys Sort, stack and tidy shelves and kitchen areas.
