Job Description We are seeking a fabulous new team member to join our Nursing team, recruiting into our National Hub which supports the wider nursing workforce by backfilling and providing coverage for critical vacancies or surge demands. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps operations running smoothly during busy periods. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in recruitment or healthcare operations. What you’ll be doing: Supporting candidate sourcing and screening to grow our pool of healthcare workers Review applications, manage interviews, and align candidates with client needs. Manage onboarding and registration compliance, maintaining up-to-date system records Provide onboarding support for new nurses during their first three months Develop and nurture strong client and candidate relationships This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with a confident can-do attitude, fab phone manner, and a passion for customer service.
