Job Title: Registered Nurse Location: Perth, WA Facility: Residential aged care facility Key Responsibilities Provide safe, effective nursing care and clinical oversight for residents. Deliver case management and assessment duties. Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with accreditation and legislative requirements. Coordinate referrals to senior nursing, allied health, and medical teams as required.
