Senior UX Content Writer (12-Month FTC) Industry: Insurance / Financial Services Location: Sydney (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days WFH) Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 super A fast-growing Australian insurer is seeking a Senior UX Content Writer to join on a 10-12 month fixed-term contract within its Risk & Compliance function. This is not a marketing role . It is a true UX writing / content design position embedded in a regulated product environment, partnering closely with Product Designers and Product Managers to deliver clear, compliant and user-centred digital experiences. You will work across core customer journeys including sign-up and quote flows, policy documentation, email journeys and digital product experiences - ensuring clarity, consistency and regulatory alignment. The Role Create clear, actionable, user-centred content for digital insurance products Simplify complex processes while maintaining strict regulatory compliance Collaborate from discovery through to launch with product and design squads Manage end-to-end content approvals with SMEs, compliance and governance stakeholders Conduct content QA and audits to ensure accuracy, tone consistency and industry alignment Maintain and evolve tone of voice and content governance standards Must-Have Experience Proven background in UX writing / content design for digital products Experience working in a regulated industry (insurance, banking, fintech or similar) Strong collaboration experience with Product Designers and Product Managers (non-marketing environments) Experience managing structured content approval workflows Working proficiency in Figma Strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements Demonstrated ability to simplify complex subject matter Full Australian working rights Ideal Profile True product-focused content designer (not marketing-heavy) Comfortable operating at the intersection of UX and compliance Highly collaborative, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple stakeholders Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, scaling environment By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
