About the Role This is a part-time, temporary Store Administrator role, starting Thursday 19th February for a 3-month contract . You will manage the onsite product shop independently, ensuring smooth operations, accurate system updates, and stock availability. The role suits someone comfortable working autonomously in a quiet environment. Key responsibilities include: Processing employee purchases and maintaining accurate records Entering new products, employee details, and orders into internal systems and SAP Managing stock levels, placing orders, and monitoring best-before dates Maintaining a clean, organised shop and coordinating pallet/carton removals Preparing the annual product shop calendar using compliance and factory rosters About You This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible, low-pressure work and happy to operate independently.
