What you'll do: Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a broad and hands-on Finance Manager role responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations across the Queensland portfolio while partnering closely with various stakeholders. You will: Take ownership of month-end reporting including journals, reconciliations and management accounts Support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow oversight across assets and development projects Partner with centre management and development teams on performance, cost tracking and analysis Manage lending schedules, debt-related reporting, term deposits and bank guarantees Assist with consolidated group reporting requirements Oversee AP/AR processes and provide cover where required Support job costing, development feasibilities and cashflow updates within Cheops Liaise with auditors and tax advisors Drive process improvements and ongoing system enhancements About you: You will likely have 3-5 years' experience in a similar accounting or finance role and be CA/CPA qualified (or working towards). Construction, property, or relatable industries will translate strongly. You'll be comfortable operating in a lean team, enjoy variety and be confident engaging with operational stakeholders and senior leadership. Strong technical foundations across reporting, reconciliations, cashflow and debt-related items are essential. Just as important is a proactive communication style and a mindset geared towards growth.
