The Client: Our client is a boutique, family-oriented builder with a strong reputation across Melbourne, working across custom homes and commercial projects. With a growing pipeline, they are seeking a Construction Estimator to join their team and work across Sales and Production estimating. The role would suit a junior/intermediate Estimator, with around 2 years experience, who is looking to grow their career and gain exposure to high-end residential or small commercial projects as training can be provided. Key Responsibilities: Prepare sales estimates for custom residential and small commercial projects Complete take-offs and pricing from plans and specifications Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and validate pricing Assist with purchasing and generate purchase orders About You: Minimum 2 years' experience in either Production or Sales Estimating within residential construction (high-end/custom experience highly regarded) Exposure to or interest in Sales Estimating (training provided) Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Knowledge of estimating software and industry-standard processes What's on Offer: Salary package up to $95K superannuation (dependent on experience) Training provided to build your skills in Sales Estimating Supportive, close-knit team environment with career growth opportunities Hybrid working offered after initial training period (6 months) In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
