The Role Manage and deliver all BAU payroll operations across fortnightly and monthly cycles. Support a team of four payroll officers, ensuring clarity, capability and performance. Strengthen payroll controls, compliance frameworks and accuracy standards. Work closely with payroll manager and senior stakeholders maintaining open and transparent communication. Support the broader transformation work by keeping BAU stable and efficient. About You You will thrive in this temporary assignment if you are: A people‑first leader with experience managing teams of 3-5 payroll staff. Technically strong with solid knowledge of payroll legislation, compliance, and controls. Experienced with Preceda (highly desirable for immediate transition and impact).
