Yea & District Memorial Hospital (YDMH) is seeking applications for a Administration Assistant Casual Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 We are excited to provide an opportunity for an enthusiastic administration assistant to join our team on a casual basis, delivering services to both our staff and community. You will have a diverse role, including reception duties in both Aged Care and Acute. Task include; Admission and discharge Receipting Reporting (monthly) Staff meals processing (fortnightly) Banking Float and cash management General administrative duties to support staff, residents and families The successful applicant will possess the following criteria: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Understanding and respect for privacy and confidentiality A "can do" attitude with a focus on working as part of a team Attention to detail Experience with MS Office suite Public health experience desirable YDMH offers salary packaging, remuneration, education and wellbeing support and annual leave benefits as a Victorian Public Sector Employee in a highly collaborative team environment.
