What You Will Be Doing Reporting to the CRM & Data Analytics Manager , you will be the bridge between complex data and strategic action. You will empower our marketing teams by transforming large datasets into actionable insights that optimize customer lifecycles and promotional activity. Strategic Analysis: Evaluate the impact of CRM and Loyalty programs using quantitative and qualitative measures. Customer Insights: Deep-dive into customer-level data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities. Audience Strategy & Recommendations: Build target audiences and deliver data-driven promotional recommendations to maximise incremental impact. Performance Tracking: Continuously analyse business performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with a focus on loyalty strategy impact. Collaboration & Reporting: Produce dashboards and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders in Performance Marketing, Social Media, and Finance. Innovation: Support A/B testing and participate in projects involving new capabilities like digital wallets and VMS. About You You are a "can-do" team player who excels at making complex technical matters simple for non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CRM Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Technical Proficiency: 1 years of experience in data analysis, with proven expertise in at least two of the following: SQL, Power BI/DAX, or Python . Tools: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint , plus experience working with a Marketing CRM platform . Communication: Strong ability to present data-based analyses in clear, compelling presentations. Bonus Points for Experience with: Snowflake, AWS, Salesforce/Insider, or Looker Studio. Google Analytics (360) and PPC Advertising.
