BMCC’s Customer Service Centres are a fast paced and sometimes challenging work environment where excellent customer service is delivered by friendly professional staff. The successful candidate will provide advice, assistance and direction to Council’s internal and external customers through our mutli-service delivery channels which include telephone, face to face and electronic environments. Your duties will primarily involve handling customer enquiries, payments, maintaining information systems to standard operating procedures. Certificate level qualifications with excellent communication skills and relevant work experience in a high volume, customer focused & information-based service environment. You will have proven experience in the use of technology for service delivery, including cashiering activities and experience with interpreting and explaining forms, plans and processes and in dealing with challenging customer interactions with people from diverse cultures and ages and backgrounds. You will be required to wear a compulsory uniform.
