We’re currently seeking two (2) high-performing Contracts and Systems Change Officers to join our dynamic project team. ABOUT THE ROLE The positions are full-time, fixed-term (6-month contracts) and based in the Melbourne office . The role involves being part of a dedicated project team with a core focus on implementing new contracts to existing practitioners in the network and supporting a change of practitioner payments system and process. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Practitioner Contracts & System Change Prepare and issue a new established versions of contracts to practitioners with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Enter and maintain practitioner contractual data across contract management and payment systems Ensure contracts are processed in a timely manner in line with project timing requirements Respond to practitioner queries regarding the new contract and system change as required Assist where required and as directed to support the change of practitioner payments system and processes Practitioner Administration Maintain accurate practitioner records and databases Provide ad-hoc reporting to management as required Manage scanning, filing, and archiving of practitioner documentation General & Team Support Provide administrative support across the business as required, relating to the contracts and system changes Collaborate positively with internal teams and stakeholders Participate in team meetings and projects Undertake other duties as directed by management ABOUT YOU Experience in healthcare or a related service-focused industry (practitioner payment systems knowledge highly regarded) Strong administrative, compliance, and organisational skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships A commitment to continuous learning and professional development Work Health & Safety Demonstrate a commitment to WHS/OHS obligations in line with legislation and company policy Contribute to maintaining a safe environment for clients, practitioners, visitors, and employees Report incidents or hazards in accordance with company procedures Why Join Partnered Health?
