Competitive agency pay rates Flexible shifts - choose when and where you work Weekly pay Supportive and dedicated recruitment team Opportunities in aged care and complex community care Ongoing work with new TAC and NDIS clients Role Overview Residential Aged Care: Medication administration Clinical assessments and care planning Wound management Leadership and supervision of care staff Accurate documentation and reporting Direct Care - TAC & NDIS Clients: Provide advanced nursing support to clients with complex needs, including: Tracheostomy care and management Ventilator (vent) support and monitoring Complex care support Advanced wound care Catheter care (IDC/SPC management) Bowel care management programs Individualised care planning in the home environment Mandatory Requirements Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Experience in aged care and/or complex community care Competency in tracheostomy and ventilator management (preferred) Current Police Check NDIS Worker Screening Check (for NDIS clients) WWCC- Employee Up-to-date mandatory training Immunisation & Serology (Essential) Applicants must provide documented evidence of: COVID-19 vaccination (as per current guidelines) Current Influenza vaccination Hepatitis B vaccination AND serology confirming immunity (Anti-HBs ≥10 mIU/mL) MMR immunity (2 documented doses or positive serology) Varicella immunity (2 documented doses or positive serology) Pertussis (dTpa within 10 years) TB screening (if required) Serology documentation is mandatory for compliance.
