Site Supervisor $130k – $135k Super Company Vehicle Moreton Bay The Role The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential investment builds, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring all works are completed in accordance with QBCC requirements, NCC standards, and workplace health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include: Supervising multiple residential construction sites concurrently Coordinating and managing subcontractors and suppliers Ensuring compliance with QBCC, NCC, and WHS requirements Conducting site inspections and quality control checks Managing defects and rectification processes Driving build progress from commencement through to handover Liaising with internal teams, contractors, and certifiers The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate: A current QBCC Site Supervisor License (mandatory) Proven experience supervising residential construction projects Experience with investment or volume-style builds Strong organizational and communication skills The ability to manage multiple sites across Brisbane’s southside A valid driver’s license What’s on Offer Competitive salary of $130,000 – $135,000 Super Company Vehicle Consistent pipeline of residential projects Long-term opportunity with a stable and growing builder Supportive team environment with established systems and processes
