Senior Financial Accountant | $100,000 - $120,000 Super Wolli Creek | Manufacturing Industry | On-site position The Company This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Financial Accountant to join a market leader in the manufacturing industry, recognised for developing high-quality products and components. The Role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will help managed a small team, responsible for the end-to-end management and financial reporting across the business. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and process financial accounts for financial reporting Prepare monthly financial reporting and accounts information for executive management. Prepare all supporting working papers and schedules. Manage bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations and provide analysis for profit & loss accounts. Maintain fixed asset schedule and management of capex – acquirement, depreciation and disposal. Preparation and lodgement of tax compliance: GST, BAS and FBT returns. Maintain all insurance requisites and claims. Prepare cash-flow forecasts and financial analysis. The Candidate To be successful in this role, you will bring: Ability to work in the office 5 days per week CA or CPA qualified with relevant bachelor's degree 5-7 years of experience in management and financial reporting Strong experience in management and financial reporting and statutory compliance. Exposure to large ERP systems, and Microsoft D365 experience is ideal. Proficient user of MS Office and possesses Advanced Excel skills. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
