Role Purpose: The purpose of the Change and Communications Lead is to lead the evaluation of business impacts and business process changes to develop change responses and communications plans. You will provide change management expertise to enable the successful delivery of the Release Program for Queensland Health's enterprise corporate solutions including SAP finance (S/4HANA), SAP HCM and Workbrain. The Change and Communications Lead in Solutions Strategy and Design reports to the Manager, Business Solution Design and Change. What you'll do: You will work closely with customer stakeholders to identify and assess change and communication impacts. While also developing and managing the Business Change Impact Assessments (BCIA). Overseeing communication requirements, including software change notifications, defect-related impacts, and stakeholder updates. While also reviewing end to end change in communication processes and implementing new tools. About you: We are searching for someone who: Demonstres success in ICT and business process change and communications. Experience in developing a range of change and communications collateral including presentations and knowledge content. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and consultation skills Proven highly developed analytical and problem solving ablitlies while being able to approprioately time manage. Service delivery experience in a large, diverse and complex operating environment is highly desirable. Experience with SAP ECC6/Workbrain and/or SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. Why work with us?
