About you: In your new role you will Manage a rural generalist community Physiotherapy caseload both individual and group-based assessment and intervention, with relevant client groups including those with chronic disease, falls risk and post hospital discharge. Commit to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by adhering to clinical governance policies and processes and by actively participating in safety and quality practices. About your opportunity: In this position you will Deliver high quality Physiotherapy community based clinical services including home visits, on site clinics, and group-based interventions including cardiac and pulmonary rehab, and falls and balance programs within a muti-disciplinary team. Provide student education and clinical practice supervision to physiotherapy students and less experienced physiotherapists and provide support and guidance to allied health assistants, work experience students and other relevant staff as required. Demonstrate self-insight, reflection and awareness of the effect of own actions on others, to promote positive and supportive work environments, relationships and teamwork within the Physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams.
