About your role: You will maintain high level knowledge of all human resources practices relating to end to end recruitment and the employment framework to ensure all hospital health appointments comply. You foster positive and professional transitions of new employees through to the on-boarding process through effective coaching of hiring managers. You will provide high quality support, procedural advice and assistance to client groups relating to all aspects of vacancy processing. Act as a subject matter expert within the Recruitment and Talent Services team and be responsible for the effective administration and delivery of an end to end recruitment service. Maintain up to date knowledge of directives, Queensland Health policies, processes and procedures relating to recruitment and selection practices including the ability to interpret and apply standard policies and procedures to specific situations. Requirements for the role: Nil qualifications required for this role, however, a relevant qualification and/or previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
