We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse (CN) to our Emergency Department Mental Health (EDMH) team. Sunshine Coast Health is a values-based organisation. The CN's role is to lead and deliver person centred nursing care at an advanced level based on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Registered Nurse Standards for Practice. The CN is expected to be able to practice autonomously and provide leadership in clinical decision making. They have the responsibility for professional leadership in the absence of the Nurse Grade 7 and an opportunity to work collaboratively to lead practice changes and clinical innovation. Key Responsibilities include: Provides leadership in clinical decision making to give and/or coordinate care to particular recipients of healthcare services. Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being understand to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces. Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Sunshine Coast Health Values Remuneration value up to $114,405 p.a, comprising salary rates $56.08 - $60.05 p.h., (part time, 64 hrs p.f.), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NG6) (part time positions available, 64 hrs p.f.).
