Residential Landscape Foreman | $40–$42/hr Super Company Vehicle | Immediate Start The Opportunity Join a well-established landscaping contractor delivering premium residential projects across Perth. We’re seeking a hands-on Foreman to take charge of site operations, lead teams, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee day-to-day site activities and weekly task planning Order materials and coordinate subcontractors Communicate with clients and supervisors on progress and issues Capture defects, manage variations, and maintain accurate records Mentor and upskill team members while enforcing WHS compliance Provide technical guidance on complex landscaping tasks What You’ll Bring Strong technical skills in landscaping (hardscape, irrigation, softscape) or similar construction experience Proven leadership managing teams and subcontractors Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Knowledge of WHS and ability to implement safety procedures Highly organized and accountable with strong communication skills (Landscaping experience preferred but transferable skills from related industries welcome.)
