The Opportunity You will oversee global HR activities, while also supporting domestic operations, sales, IT/technology and production. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals. Lead recruitment, talent management, succession planning, and employee development. Coach managers on leadership, performance, and engagement. Oversee employee relations, investigations, and return-to-work programs. Manage HR processes, policies, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Contribute to business-wide initiatives and growth projects. Requirements: Proven HR leadership experience across strategy and operations. Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance. Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
