As a Site Team Leader at Better Rehab , you’ll play a key part in supporting our clinicians within your site while continuing to manage your own independent caseload. This role is all about fostering a positive, collaborative and high‑performing team environment. You’ll help create a great site culture, support the onboarding and offboarding of team members, provide supervision to Allied Health Assistants and be a go‑to person for day‑to‑day staff queries and site‑level support. Day-to-day you will: Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
