About You We're seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team on key projects in/around Melbourne. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be at the heart of a major expansions, overseeing key electrical work that will shape the project's success. You'll be the one ensuring every wire, every connection, and every installation meets our unwavering standards for safety and quality. Your Role and Responsibilities As the Electrical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading all electrical works across critical project infrastructure, including powerlines, transfer stations, and substations. This will involve: Mentoring and managing your team of trades personnel and subcontractors. Coordinating daily on-site operations and acting as the key link between the project and engineering teams. Enforcing our strict safety, environmental, and quality standards on site. Experience and ability to formulate precise site daily reports. Experience and ability to create electrical work packs from IFC drawings for electrical crews and subcontractors. Experience and ability to undertake Material Take Offs from IFC drawings. What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the electrical industry. Relevant electrical trade qualifications and certifications. Experience in a similar role.
