Federal Government Engagement - Canberra Based (Minimum 3 days on-site per week) We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Specialist to join a small, high-performing agile team within a critical Federal Government agency. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will help design and build smart, practical solutions that support the work of Government. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, working closely with stakeholders, and having real ownership over your work, this role could be a great fit. You will work in a small team of three developers (two full-time, one part-time) and take the lead in solution design and architecture across the Microsoft Power Platform. About the Role : Lead the design and development of Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) Design data models and security in Microsoft Dataverse Build workflows and integrations using Power Automate Develop reports and data solutions using Power BI and Power Query Build modern SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions Contribute to agile delivery practices and continuous improvement This role offers strong autonomy and the opportunity to shape solutions from end to end. About You You are an experienced Power Platform professional who: Has strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI Understands Dataverse , including data modelling and security Has delivered solutions end-to-end in an agile environment Has acted as the key technical lead in a small team Is confident communicating with non-technical stakeholders Has experience with SPFx and modern web technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) Highly regarded: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio .NET / C# experience SQL Server knowledge Azure and CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps) AGSVA Clearance Required Must hold a minimum of a BASELINE clearance NV1 clearance will be highly regarded and allow access to additional systems If you are a Senior Power Platform professional who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and building meaningful solutions, we would love to hear from you.
