You will act as the on-site leader, ensuring the building operates smoothly, safely and efficiently. About the Opportunity As the dedicated Building Manager, you will be entrusted with the overall day-to-day performance of your property. The role combines operational oversight, resident engagement and leasing coordination, requiring someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable making decisions independently. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, resolving issues early and creating a well-managed living environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Managing daily building operations and on-site decision-making • Acting as the primary point of contact for residents and internal stakeholders • Overseeing leasing activity and conducting tenant engagement • Coordinating maintenance works, contractors and service providers • Ensuring compliance with strata, safety and regulatory requirements • Maintaining presentation standards across common areas • Managing documentation, reporting and communication with relevant parties About You Customer-focused with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset • Strong interest in property and willingness to learn and grow • Working knowledge of strata and owners corporation frameworks • Confident communicator with sound organisational skills • Reliable vehicle or ability to travel via public transport • Availability to work Saturday mornings when leasing duties require This role offers genuine autonomy.
