Your Next Role We are looking for a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Business Partner, to work under Hyne Group and focus on supporting the Rocky Point Group. You will be a trusted partner across our garden care & landscape operations, supporting leaders and teams to embed strong, practical safety practices every day. With regular travel across our sites, you will play a key role in shaping a culture where safety is shared, understood, and lived. Your focus will include: Coaching leaders and teams on everyday safety and compliance Partnering to deliver training, inductions, and risk programs that actually make a difference Leading investigations and reporting with empathy and clarity Supporting conversations and actions that build a culture of trust and accountability Contributing to environmental compliance and sustainability across operations You will be part of a supportive national HSE team that works together, shares insights, and backs each other to succeed. About You You are someone who has: A strong foundation in safety—ideally across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain A practical approach to managing risk, compliance, and continuous improvement Confidence engaging with everyone—from forklift operators to senior leaders A belief that safety is built on culture, consistency, and communication The drive to make a real difference in a values-led, purpose-driven business You can demonstrate: At least 5 years’ WHS/OHS experience in an Officer, Advisor or Business Partner role Relevant qualifications in WHS/OHS (Diploma or higher), with auditing and training certifications desirable Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent is desirable. Strong knowledge of HSE principles, risk management, and industry-specific requirements, particularly in the timber industry Experience developing and implementing HSE management systems and leading cultural change initiatives Proficiency in incident investigation methodologies (e.g., ICAM or similar) and driving corrective actions Ability to analyse HSE data to identify risks and implement strategic improvements Current driver's licence and be willing to travel across our key locations – Yatala, Hamilton (Brisbane) & Glass House Mountains (Sunshine Coast) Why Hyne Group?
