A well-established and growing HVAC service provider in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager (Account Manager) to lead and grow its Commercial & Industrial Service division. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for client management, service delivery performance, team development, and commercial outcomes across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial sites. You will be the central link between clients, supervisors, technicians, service coordination, accounts, and company leadership, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving profitability and growth. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership.
