Agricultural Machinery Operators – Immediate Start Moree District & North West NSW We are seeking experienced agricultural machinery operators for immediate start roles across multiple farming operations in the Moree District and North West NSW. These positions cover a mix of cotton, broadacre and mixed farming programs, with operators required across harvest, pre-seeding and in-season operations. Work may be seasonal or extend across multiple programs depending on experience and client requirements. The work may include: Cotton harvesting (including cotton strippers and pickers) Header / combine harvesting Pre-seeding ripping and cultivation Air seeder operation Boom spraying General farm machinery operation and support work Requirements Previous experience operating large-scale agricultural machinery Background in broadacre, cotton or mixed farming systems Experience with one or more of the following: Headers / combine harvesters Cotton pickers or strippers Air seeders Sprayers Tillage and cultivation equipment Practical knowledge of basic servicing and preventative maintenance Ability to work long hours during peak periods Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team environment Training may be provided on specific machinery; however, a solid base level of machinery competence is essential.
