Job Description YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Project Lead, Faith Leadership, you will partner with subject matter experts and the wider CMI team to transform complex religious education content into engaging digital learning formats. The role supports the full learning lifecycle, with a strong focus on instructional design, content development and use of platforms like Canvas and Articulate to deliver exceptional learning outcomes across the MACS community. WHAT YOU WILL DO Design and develop engaging eLearning modules, microlearning content, and blended learning programs. Create multimedia learning assets including videos, infographics, animations, and interactive assessments. Translate complex Religious Education and faith-based content into accessible digital learning experiences. Upload and manage course materials, assessments, and digital content in the LMS (Canvas). Support curriculum design and define learning pathways aligned with CMI strategic goals. Ensure inclusive, accessible and user-centric learning design in all outputs. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time learning solutions. ABOUT YOU Relevant tertiary qualification in instructional design, educational technology, or related discipline. 2–4 years of experience in instructional design, preferably within Canvas LMS (essential). Strong skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline, with demonstrated expertise in eLearning design tools. Knowledge of adult learning theory, UX principles, and accessibility standards. Experience in digital learning design within large, complex organisations or systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
