Job Description YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Program Lead, Faith Leadership, you will support the planning, implementation and evaluation of CMI programs across MACS schools. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the evangelising mission of Catholic education by supporting key projects, stakeholder partnerships, and professional learning initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the delivery of Catholic mission, faith leadership, and Religious Education programs for schools and MACS staff. Assist in the design and co-creation of MACS 2030-aligned initiatives. Coordinate data tracking, stakeholder engagement, and reporting activities. Work collaboratively across the CMI team to support planning, logistics, and program operations. Contribute to content development and maintain accurate databases and communication. Support event logistics, project communications, and liaison with service providers. ABOUT YOU Relevant tertiary qualification in education, theology, or a related field. Experience supporting education or faith-based programs. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. High level of organisational, planning and data management skills. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Catholic education, faith leadership, or school environments (desirable).
