About the Role We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Ground & Maintenance Officer to help keep our rental village in top condition. If you take pride in maintaining outdoor spaces, repairing facilities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests, this may be the perfect role for you! This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods. Responsibilities Attend to general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing fixes and door adjustments Maintain the appearance of outdoor spaces with mowing, weeding, hedging, and pruning Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored and properly maintained Clean exterior villa areas, including windows, decking, and pathways Dispose of waste efficiently and keep communal areas tidy Work collaboratively to provide excellent service and maintain a high standard across the site About You A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently A valid ‘C’ class driver's licence Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
