About the Role As a Home & Lifestyle Lead, you’ll: Lead, motivate, and support a passionate team of Community Support Workers across 2 supported accommodation houses on the Northern Beaches. Work closely with clients and their Circles of Support (families, guardians, support coordinators) to achieve meaningful goals and outcomes. Oversee day-to-day operations — from rostering and scheduling to service coordination, documentation, and compliance. Promote safeguarding, uphold quality standards, and support continuous improvement. Lead by example — person-centred, active support isn’t just what you do, it’s who you are. About You You’re someone who thrives on purpose-driven work and is motivated by the opportunity to enrich the lives of people with disability. You bring compassion, integrity, and strong leadership to every situation, balancing empathy with clear decision-making. You’re confident guiding a team, building trusted relationships with clients and their circles of support, and ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with individual goals. What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience in disability or community services. The ability to inspire, coach, and coordinate a team of dedicated support workers. A strong understanding of person-centred and active support approaches. Great communication and relationship-building skills — with clients, families, and colleagues alike.
