We are looking for a F&B Supervisor who will help us not only meet but exceed our guests’ expectations and embody the legendary service that defines our leading luxury brand. Create memorable moments through personalized, anticipatory service. Motivate, support, and guide the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Atria Service team. Understand guest preferences and deliver consistent service excellence. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked breakfast outlet at all times. Supervise food, beverage, and barista operations, including setup and opening tasks. Build strong relationships with new and returning guests to encourage future visits. Ensure operational efficiency and uphold The Ritz-Carlton service philosophy. Plan and execute team-building activities that develop and engage our Ladies and Gentlemen.
