The Executive Assistant to the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Partnership & Innovation) provides high-level executive support and office management within a dynamic and fast-paced portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective operation of the Office of the PVC P&I, offering sophisticated administrative coordination, managing complex schedules and communications, and handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. The position also supports the iAccelerate team and the Innovation and Commercial Research Unit, contributing to a broad range of activities including committee support, event coordination, policy and process development, and stakeholder engagement.
