What You’ll Do Warm, Human-Centred Customer Service Deliver a welcoming, concierge-style greeting to all staff and visitors Offer guidance, information, and support, like the “go-to” person for anything workplace related Assist with visitor inductions and ensure people feel confident and comfortable navigating the site Workplace Coordination & Family-Style Care Complete daily walkthroughs to ensure the workplace is clean, functional, safe, and well stocked Oversee meeting room readiness: layout, cleanliness, technology basics Manage stationery, kitchen supplies, lost property, and general office upkeep Administration That Keeps the Workplace Running Smoothly Manage enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ups Maintain registers (keys, lockers, mail, fleet, issues) with attention to detail Support new starter building inductions and assist with onboarding experience Assist with mail, courier deliveries, visitor passes, and daily service coordination Safety, Security & Site Support Assist with access card administration and tracking Support WHS reporting and escalate site issues promptly Conduct periodic walk-throughs of office areas, carparks, and fleet vehicle zones (visual inspections only) Assist with first aid support, emergency procedures, and vendor/contractor access Skills And Experiences About You You’re someone who loves to take care of people and environments—someone who naturally creates warmth, structure, and calm.
