The Opportunity Warehouse Supervisor – PM Shift We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Warehouse Supervisor to join our Retail and Consumer division servicing one of our key clients based in Penfield, South Australia. Please note that this role looks after the PM Shift (2PM – 10PM). As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will: Coordinate all daily activities to be completed both safely and in accordance with contractual obligations. Be a competent leader, with the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision and can direct decisively other team members. Coordinate all aspects of export and import order fulfilment including the coordination of container arrival with the loading of the products and the dispatching of the containers from the warehouse docks. Understanding all vessel and rail movements and coordinate with the customer, other 3PL providers and Toll management to ensure picking and loading activities are completed in time to meet all critical dates and times. Work to meet all site KPI’s set for People (including safety), Cost, Service and Quality measures. Be a competent Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker driver with the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision. About you To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum of two years warehouse supervisory experience. Exposure to 3PL environment. An understanding of a FMCG working environment.
