We currently offer the following position in our office in Sydney, Australia which will be Remote, and the primary job purpose is to achieve or exceed the commercial targets (revenue, profitability, inventory, customer satisfaction) for the Medical divisions of the ANZ LMS Selling Unit. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Enhance LMS product and market position in the ANZ market relative to competitors and advocate for the ANZ SU within the global LMS organization to optimize resource allocation and ensure a thorough understanding of local key issues. Achieve sales and profitability targets for the ANZ SU for Medical divisions. Oversee and manage the performance of the Medical sales and applications team, including direct staff, agents, and dealers, to achieve and surpass sales and profitability objectives. Implement marketing initiatives within the ANZ SU to enhance brand image and product positioning within the region. Provide precise order forecasts to support weekly/monthly management forecasts and the establishment of annual budgets. Optimize demonstration stock utilization and maintain control over inventory levels. Ensure the Customer Relations Management database is current and accurate for use by all stakeholders within the Leica organization, including detailed pipeline and customer profile information. The essential requirements of the job include: Demonstrated experience (minimum 10 years) in managing commercial operations within the life science or medical Proven ability to lead by example, work independently with minimal supervision, and inspire team members. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in resolving complex issues and conflicts. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences and writing detailed business documents. High attention to detail in preparing and reviewing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Proficiency in business software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), salesforce and SAP.
