About The Opportunity As a Mental Health Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include: Conducting clinical assessments and screenings to support individuals and groups Facilitating access to health checks and healthy lifestyle programs to promote overall community health. Collaborating effectively with internal and external service providers to ensure coordinated care for high-risk populations. About You The successful candidate will have: A relevant nursing qualification and current registration with the AHPRA 3-5 years’ experience in clinical or community settings, with a focus on care coordination or case management.
