Full Job Description We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Bookkeeper to join a growing business in the RV industry. This role suits someone with 1–3 years of bookkeeping experience who is comfortable working across accounting and sales/stock systems. Key Responsibilities Daily bookkeeping in Xero (AP, AR, bank reconciliations) Data entry of purchase orders (PO) and sales orders into the sales system Process supplier invoices and customer payments Record parts receiving and stock entries Manage internal dismantling records and inventory movements Handle loan-related entries and ensure correct recording in Xero Reconcile sales and stock data between the sales system and Xero Assist with BAS preparation and month-end reporting About You 1–3 years bookkeeping or accounts experience Hands-on experience with Xero Experience with sales or inventory systems preferred Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Able to communicate in Mandarin and English Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their accounting skills within an operational business.
