We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team and help deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to women throughout their stay. As a Primary Care Nurse at Tarrengower, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary health team providing contemporary, evidence‑based care in a unique and rewarding environment. Your responsibilities will include: Unsupervised clinical practice and independent decision‑making Coordinating care across multiple providers and services Delivering health promotion, education and wellbeing initiatives Acting as a patient advocate, supporting equitable access to care Collaborating in patient and unit management Maintaining accurate, timely and professional clinical documentation Participating in research, quality improvement and best‑practice initiatives Providing supervision, mentorship and preceptorship to support workforce development Liaising with the broader multidisciplinary team and Corrections Victoria partners This role is ideal for nurses who value holistic care, autonomy, teamwork, and working with priority populations.
