National Assessing Capability Manager Job No: 678373 Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Brisbane - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Adelaide, Melbourne - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Various Permanent Full Time Insurance Pay Band 5 Manage the allocation of work and day-to-day activities for Motor Vehicle Assessing Capability team members Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane/Adelaide CBD location – hybrid office/ work from home Permanent role This role is accountable for leading the Motor Vehicle National Assessing Capability team, driving the design, development and execution of the National Assessing capability strategy and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness and currency of the Motor Vehicle National Assessing training framework to deliver outstanding technical performance in Motor Claims. This position is also responsible for actively managing the pipeline of training and learning activity including scoping, prioritisation, planning, sequencing, oversight and governance to enable successful delivery. What you’ll do: Enable appropriate governance and assurance, ensuring learning and training solutions are current, fit for purpose, and aligned to relevant frameworks, standards and governance practices Drive consistency across technical, compliance and conversational capabilities Accountable owner for Motor Vehicle National Assessing curriculum currency and governance. Set standards, approve designs, schedule validations, own risk/compliance alignment, and signs off the annual learning plan for Motor Vehicle Assessors Maintain oversight of the Motor Claims learning and training design pipeline and associated portfolio of initiatives. What you’ll bring: Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment – Required Demonstrated technical facilitation experience in large complex organisation.
