Our client is a leading global life insurance business, which is going through a period of growth on the back of winning of new super fund business. This has created a number of new opportunities, including one for a senior group case manager to join the business. This is a major insurer with a dedicated culture of improvement and ongoing people development. Responsibilities; Manage a small claims caseload of complex claims as well as mentoring, coaching and developing the existing claims teams Review claims assessments for quality and accuracy; On-going review of the overall claims process and identify areas of improvement; Through analysis identify trends within the claims process Develop reports which increase visibility around claims performance Experience Required; Strong technical claims experience within life insurance across both IP and TPD products in the Group claims space Proven ability to communicate and develop other team members and a passion for claims management; Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to improve others and identify talented performers; Excellent organisational skills If you have a passion for claims and enjoy mentoring and analysing processes then this could be a role for you. You may be a senior case manager or you are currently a claims team leader/ manager looking for a role away from direct management - either background will be considered.
