You will work with both children and adults across a variety of settings, including: Our hubs Schools and kindergartens Community-based environments Nursing homes You will deliver both individual and group-based programs , contribute to service development, and play a key role in supporting clients, carers, and educational teams. About You You are a self-motivated and experienced psychotherapist who thrives in a team-based, interdisciplinary environment. You bring initiative, leadership, and a strengths-based approach to your work. You will: Manage a diverse caseload of paediatric and adult clients Work collaboratively alongside Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Teachers of the Deaf, and our Customer Service Team Develop and deliver relevant therapeutic programs for clients and carers Support and educate school and early learning teams to build their capacity Coordinate and oversee counselling student placement programs Key Responsibilities Deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed therapeutic and wellbeing interventions Engage clients using appropriate risk minimisation and ethical practice frameworks Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure holistic care Participate actively in supervision and professional development Contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives Uphold organisational values, policies, and high standards of service delivery Effectively manage your caseload, KPIs, and time to deliver high-quality outcomes What You Need to Succeed Bachelor of Counselling (or equivalent) Current ACA or PACFA registration (required) Minimum 6 years’ experience Working With Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid & CPR certificate Professional Indemnity and Liability Insurance Position Details Employment Type: Full-time Location: Frankston, Mornington, and Dromana hubs You will be based across two hubs and must be willing to work across all three as required Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (commensurate with experience)
