We are seeking compassionate and community focused Settlement Facilitators to support newly arrived individuals and families as they build their lives in Australia. This role focuses on providing practical guidance, orientation and culturally responsive support to help clients understand services, build independence and strengthen their connection to the community. You will work closely with case management teams, community supporters and service providers to ensure coordinated and timely assistance across key settlement areas such as housing, health, education and employment pathways.
