Risk Management: Use trading tools to manage exposure, action client profiling, and ensure profitability across markets. Promotional Planning: Collaborate with marketing teams to build a sports-focused promotional calendar that excites customers and drives engagement. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze trading performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to shape future strategies. Product Collaboration: Work closely with our product team to design and implement cutting-edge sportsbook features and solutions. Team Leadership: Train and mentor junior traders, creating a collaborative and high-performing team environment. What We’re Looking For Experience: At least 3 years in a senior trading role, with at least 1 year of management experience. Industry Expertise: A strong background in sports trading or risk management, ideally within the sportsbook industry. Sports Fanatic: A passion for sports, with a deep understanding of sports markets and events.
