About the Role We’re seeking a passionate and experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support our teams across a national portfolio. In this key role, you’ll partner with operational leaders to shape a high-performance, people-first culture and deliver meaningful outcomes for our people and our patients. This is a 12-month fixed term contract based out of our Melbourne office. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert guidance on all aspects of the employee experience — from performance management and employee relations to retention, development, and engagement. You’ll also lead the implementation of our newly developed People Plan and programs that drive positive change and support business priorities. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can confidently influence stakeholders, and enjoys both strategic thinking and practical execution. Be supported by a flexible hybrid working model, with some interstate travel required from time to time. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams Using HR data and insights to influence and drive outcomes Leading end-to-end employee lifecycle initiatives Advising on complex ER matters, policy, and compliance Driving people strategies aligned to business and cultural goals Implementing innovative P&C programs Navigating change with resilience, adaptability, and a solutions mindset What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner or Senior P&C Advisor with great generalist knowledge Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and AHPRA or similar regulatory frameworks Robust ER case management skills (investigations, performance, conduct, grievances) Ability to work across both strategic and operational priorities A proactive, hands-on approach with a drive for continuous improvement Experience in the healthcare or regulated sectors (e.g. aged care, allied health) Perks & Benefits 20% off Dental treatments for you and your family Fitness Passport – discounted gym access 24/7 Employee Assistance Program Health insurance discounts Flexible hybrid work model Join a company that invests in its people and is committed to building a healthier Australia.
