WynActive is on the lookout for energetic Swim School Leader’s to help lead our WynSwim Learn to Swim and Schools programs. If you love the water, enjoy supporting teachers, and want to make a real difference for kids and families, this one’s for you! Job Description What you’ll be doing: Supporting and supervising our awesome Swim Teachers Keeping teaching quality, safety, and customer service top-notch Coordinating assessments and swim level promotions Providing feedback to parents, schools, and the team Leading by example with at least one in-water teaching shift per week Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll bring: Swim & Water Safety Teacher qualification Current CPR and Provide First Aid Certificate Leadership experience and great communication skills A confident, friendly approach with kids, families, and staff Availability for days, evenings, and weekends Current Working with Children's (Employee) Current Police Check (or willing to obtain - We cover the cost) Experience with infants, disability support, or RLS Swim & Survive is a bonus but not essential.
