The business manages the full lifecycle of its assets, from construction and development through to ownership and operations. With a high-quality portfolio across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, this is a rare opportunity to join an in-house finance team and gain exposure to how real property deals work behind the scenes. About the opportunity This is a graduate role designed for someone who has recently finished university or is in the first one to two years of their accounting career. The position has opened following an internal promotion, reflecting the genuine growth available within the team. From day one, you will sit within a hands-on finance function and learn how accounting works inside a real property business. You will be exposed to the operational side of finance, not just theory, supporting the day-to-day running of property assets while also gaining visibility into construction and development activity. The environment is structured and supportive, making it well suited to someone who wants to learn properly and build confidence over time. This is a full-time, 5 days in-office role based in Sydney CBD. What you will be doing You will support the day-to-day finance operations across both property and construction, including: Accounts receivable management and tenant receipt allocations Full-function accounts payable including invoice processing and reconciliations Maintaining daily cash flow reporting and supporting month-end tasks Supporting financial record keeping and accurate data entry Exposure to job costing and construction accounting with full training Supporting the wider finance team with reporting and ad hoc tasks Over time, you will build a practical understanding of how finance supports property investment and development.
